This is the complete arc, from ocean to vineyard to wilderness, without a single rushed transition. Days move between classic car drives, golf, private yacht charters and helicopter transfers through the Winelands; nights bring cellar dinners with Joseph Dhafana, a Black Tie evening at Val de Vie, and eventually a boma fire under an entirely different sky.
